Meet The Team

Sarah has a PGCSE in secondary  with many years experience working as a teacher, mentor and youth worker. She is passionate about providing opportunities to support young people with their mental health and education and set up The Hope Farm Project in order to do this.

Steve is our Motor Vehicle Studies tutor and assessor. 

Gemma has her own smallholding and many years experience caring for a range of animals. She is a qualified assessor for our Farm Animal Care and Practical Countryside Skills courses.

Neil has years of experience working on his family farm and as a contractor for local farmers. He does a lot of the tractor-driving tuition here, as well as animal and land-management support with students.

Jo loves animals and enjoys getting stuck into the messy jobs! 

Richard has a wealth of farming experience, having reared pigs, cattle and sheep commercially on his own farms
